Our Services.
Onsite Identification
We will sift through loss site debris, going room-by-room, to identify contents items that are destroyed, damaged, or unrepairable. Usually this is done with photographs however, in some conditions, we will rely on pen and paper.
Like, Kind, and Quality
We research current replacement cost values (RCV) for like kind and quality of your contents items. We also take into consideration other factors such as the loss location, your shopping routines, and your lifestyle.
Memory List Building
When the contents items are destroyed beyond recognition, or are no longer available, we will assist with a guided visualization of each room, nook, and cranny to build your list.
Compare & Evaluate
You’ve received the contents inventory from the insurance company. If it is not agreeable, we will review each line of the inventory to identify the discrepancies. We then provide a report for submission to the insurance company for reconsideration of your inventory values.
Appraisal
When there is a disagreement between your contents inventory and the version prepared by the insurance company, you can demand appraisal as outlined in your insurance policy. Contact us for more information on the appraisal process and the options available to you.
